I brought in a dress for a simple hem, and was told it was an easy cut and would be between $30-60. When I went to pick it up, it was hemmed beautifully however they charged me $110. When I explained that was not the price I was told they said that whoever told me probably meant that price per layer. $110 to simply hem a dress is ridiculous and costs more than the dress itself. The worst! First they were supposed to hem a simple hem that fell. Picked it up got home, not hemmed brought it back. Picked it up today the hem is totally crooked and all they had to do was follow the portion of the hem that was there. So can’t wear to a wedding this week. I’ve also had friends use them and they lost their clothes. Nightmare!
Excellent service and super satisfied with the alterations to my pants. They fit perfectly and had it done for me the next day when I told them I needed it done by next week! Couldn't recommend enough.
