We had a trip booked through Island Dreams on Anna Maria Island for October 14-19th 2024. Unfortunately, Hurricane Helene had other ides. Alex and his team communicated in advance of the storm and let us know that they would be in touch. The storm hit and Bradenton Beach was destroyed. Alex let us know as soon as they were allowed back on the island and able to assess the damage that the area and our rental were not in good shape. Alex has managed our home for several years. We can't say enough good about him. He responds to our calls, texts and emails as fast as humanly possible. If our home ever has a problem, he is quick to let us know and helps us to find a solution. From the very first second we contacted Island Dreams Realty, we knew that they were who we wanted to manage our rental. Alex is selective about the homes he manages and we are proud to have him.
They are very responsive! The property is well maintained and immaculate. The homes are quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Planning another stay soon, the location is very accessible to all beaches and restaurants. Would highly recommend!
