Highly recommend. Great location. 2 very short blocks from the beach. House was clean and comfortable. Newly renovated house with old florida charm.
We come down to AMI every spring and fall so have used several rental companies, this was one of our best experiences with a property. House was as nice as the pictures and very, very clean. Also, very responsive. Definitely our go to moving forward.
We were super impressed working with Alex for our Anna Maria Rental. One our first day, the air conditioning went out within a few hours of checking in. Alex had someone there within two hours to check on the unit and diagnose it as a failed compressor. This was unfortunate and completely outside of Alex's control, but he really sprung into action to make things manageable.
