Responsive, great work! Island Dream Kitchens was one of the only companies that could actually reface our crappy "custom" MDF cabinets (falling apart at 3 years old when we bought the place in 2010) with real wood fronts. We had no need to replace the boxes or redesign our kitchen in any way. Because they are a custom millwork operation, they were able to replace the cupboard and drawer fronts as well as replace some "end" wood....not sure that makes sense haha....they replaced a large, visible board that ran between a pull... read more
Poor Quality and Unethical Business Practices Unfortunately, we hired Island Dream Kitchens to build and install two very expensive, custom built-in bookcases and were assured repeatedly by the owner that the finished product would be of "furniture quality". During delivery, the installers, led by the owner's son, dropped one of the bookcases over 3 feet off the back of the truck, a fact only discovered after one of the other tradespeople told us. Mike and Dylan did an outstanding job on our complete kitchen. Working with not one straight wall, they brought our design to life. They gave us advice and suggestions when we came across things we weren't sure of. Their professional manner was second to none. Their communication was open and honest. The workers were courteous and thorough. Now, the best part of all is that we got exactly what we wanted and now love to go into and work in our kitchen everyday.
