I would give 0 if I could. My mom went here after being ADMITTED to the hospital for hear issues. She needed a referral for a cardiologist and the doctor here told her it’s a waste of time because Humana won’t approve it. These doctors also would not give a referral for a hematologist she’s on blood thinners. Would not give referral for an eye doctor, a hearing doctor or ANYTHING. DO NOT GO HERE.

Since the previous office staff resigned, this office has been an absolute mess. No longer organized, professional, or safe. They keep paper records that can be misplaced, destroyed, or lost. Avoid this place if quality health care and treatment is important to you. This is the only office I have ever been in where the front desk yells out the physician's name every time a new patient checks in, like it's a fast food order or something. Thought I had a good doctor and staff. Then I had appointment was in terrible pain with my ear stopped up . I asked Dr.Arzolla to flush ears. He said use ear drops. Went back a week later in so much pain I couldn't stand it. Dr. And staff refused to flush my ear. I asked for referral to ENT ASAP. Rude office women refused to refer me til I got labs done even though I was in horrible pain. They were rude, laughing , etc. Very unprofessional.
