Been coming to Island Doctors for several years now, always friendly staff and hardly ever wait more than 20 minutes or so until I'm called. My original doctor left the practice and now I'm seeing Kia the Nurse Practitioner who is very caring and professional at what she does. I have no issues with Island doctors, highly recommend them..
Friendly staff, very professional and personable. I like this office you are greeted by the front desk. While vitals were taken I was not rushed, I was able to talk about issues that were concerning. I am new to this office and appreciate the patience as I am having memory issues. Right away my Dr. Young ordered overdue prescriptions and bone density testing as well as labs. She listens and offers great advice. My first appointment was an emergency but they fit me in immediately.
Reception was good. Check-out reception was very good. Nurse was excellent. The doctor was good. Listened and gave a great solution to my ailment.
I couldn't ask for better doctors. They are the first ones that I have had that you can see that they actually care about their patience.
