The review is in my daughter‘s name, but I am the patient Dan Batelli. You can’t but love the staff at this location. They are friendly, compassionate, and always willing to go one step two step three steps beyond to help you. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a doctors office than at Island Doctors at this location. They literally treat you like family from the minute you walk in the door to the time you leave.
uncaring,rude unprofessional,i needed a referral thry would not give one,had to go thru humana,the person from humana called them and said they were unbelieveably rude.found me a new doctor
If your on humana insurance i wouldn't recommend them. The staff isnt that great and the doctor wouldn't listen to me when I tried to talk to her about something that was concerning me. I recommend going to conviva. It's next to aldis on beville road.
Does not listen to the patient after giving them my records of past history...I have stage 4 copd and need oxygen she told insurance I didn't need it so wasn't approved for a pulmonary Dr with only a short walk, and no other testing told me I didn't need specialists finally got to a rheumatoid Dr but I also need an endocrinologist and a cardiologist, being new to the area I've never been treated this poorly
several issues. Staffing issues and unaware of HIPAA laws.
