The staff at Island Doctors is horrible. In the past I have called with several hours of open time remaining and had an issue and never heard back. My wife asked for a pain prescription for me because i was in terrible paid due to a car accident. She told them she's only a few minutes away yet she was scolded and told she better be there by 5 or o they would close. She said she would and was told you better be. Every one on the team is very friendly and tries to help us. My doctor , Luis Moreno and his assistent , always explains things in the best way. I am satisfied with the treatment I received at his office. I can only express my gratitude. Suely Campos
Dr. Moreno and his staff are very organized and efficient. Theres a whole lot of caring and empathy along with it. When I came to him I was a hot mess coming out from a 43 day ICU stay. i was broken but had to do this one more appointment to establish another PCP as mine that i had passed away from COVID!
