Dr Marino is the nicest doctor I've been to in many years he's kind and understanding ☮️
Doctor just kept telling me Humana wont pay for this or that. Would not give me a referral on any of the things I needed after a trip to the ER
I called in to discuss my plan which at this moment is Aetna and instead of getting info lady said no we don't take but funny I had them as my primary at begging of year until I notice they set me up with wrong primary that I ask for that I already had. Smh no wonder why they are 3.7.
Medical staff unprofessional and rude, hung up phone on me. Waited 40 minutes to be seen although no one else in waiting room. Office not computerized, behind the times, orders lab test that are not needed or relevant to health. Dr. aloof and uncaring. Would NOT recommend!
