Island Doctors only cares about one thing, the almighty dollar. They could care less about patient care. Dr. Gaines has been my primary physician for over forty years and now I can no longer see him because I don’t have their private for-profit insurance. I posted this same review yesterday and they took it down. They can take this one down and I’ll post another one. They are what’s wrong with the healthcare system in this county.

Dr. Gaines is a wonderful compassionate doctor. Never in a hurry always listens and answers all my questions.
Dr Harris is an excellent Dr who cares about his patients . Office staff is also very friendly
I have been going there for years and have always received great care. All staff, as well as Dr Harris are courteous, kind and knowledgeable in their area of work. Would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
