I went to the interlachen, fl island doctors. I submit my records request to get my records from Ohio. I went back and 6 weeks later I saw a nurse practitioner. I again told them my heath history , but they still didn’t have all my records. So the appointment was a waste of gas and time. Then they scheduled me for a blood work panel. I got Covid, so they told me to come back in 14 days to do bloodwork. So I did, and they turned me away saying they only do on tuesdays and thursdays. So I came on a Thursday. Both my wife and I are patients and we really appreciate the staff that works in this office. We have been to many Doctors over the years with all of our health issues and and it is very difficult to find good practitioners. All of the staff listens to what we have to say and treat us with respect. From Dashia doing our intake, to Felicia explaining our labs and treatment plan, to Matt checking us out, they all seem to truly care and want the best for us.
