Excellent service and care. Friendly staff and great doctor! The best dermatologist I have found in the Charleston area.
Poor patient relations from office staff and Dr. Poor to no communications while waiting in exam room for 1 hour for Dr to come in. So got up and left. No questions why leaving or any follow up from staff or Dr. Never going back.
After my third visit to this dermatologist’s office, I had to walk out. Over 30 minutes in the waiting room each visit. Over an hour for the doctor the first, 45 minutes for the second. Never more than 1 other person in the waiting room at any point. The doctor was nice and kind by the time he finally gets into the office but the staff is unprofessional and non-attentive at best.
I felt compelled to review since there is only one other review and it isn't the best. I think everyone at Island Dermatology is great. From the receptionist to the doctor himself. I've been several times and never had a bad experience. Having something cut off my arm wasn't fun. They made it as pleasurable as possible though.
