I visited there yesterday. The line and wait was long. I think we stayed in line about 10 min just to order and then had to wait about another 3 min b/c it was only 1 person up there doing drink orders and food orders. The food was just ok. I order curry chicken, but it tasted more like bake chicken with seasoning. The Mac n cheese was not cheesy, noodles overcooked, and no seasoning. Cabbages were small portions, but it was ok. Ordered a 8 pc shrimp and fry plate with a lemonade. They were selling plates as a food vendor for an event. Was charged $39. The food was soggy and looked terrible, I threw it away. 1. I know I was overcharged. 2. Highly disappointed.
Terrible service. It took us about an hour and a half to get and complete the meal. 20% added to the bill for gratuity with no display that it would happen. Several didn't catch the gratuity already on the check and accidentally double tipped. Overly loud. The food was only okay.
Y'all, I've been here 7 years ago apparently. I never get y'alls food now based on the limited hours of operation. I'm very disappointed by that. Not even open on Sunday or at least ONE night late so that we can come after work at 5p. From my years ago experience, it has xceeded my expectations! They are not servers, they are Tour Guides.
