This experience has been a disaster from the beginning. The worst part is that they provided a completely UNSAFE and UNRIDEABLE e-bike. The ********* was completely rusted through and broken making it impossible for the bike to shift. Then, the chain came off and wasn't able to be put back on. This company gave me a price on 6 bikes, 2 bikes with baby carriers and a baby trailer ($438.84) on 6/21/22. We agreed on the price and it was charged to my debit card. Two days before our vacation was over we were charged another $48.76 and told that the discount is only given with 10 bikes and we deleted one. Not true. Plus we never had 10 to begin with, only 8 but that was the price given to me on phone. The extra $48.76 was charged without notifying us or notifying us why. Ms. ******attempted to place her order via our website but then phoned our call center to place her order. She asked how to get a discount and our agent told her she had to order 10 items. She then ordered 10 items, allowing our agent to add the discount code, and then removed an item. Since there were no longer 10 items on the order, when it became time to set the order for delivery the discount code removed since it did not meet the requirements for that code any longer and charged her card the appropriate amount. Awesome customer service. Bikes were delivered 10 minutes after order. We went back for helmets and they were free to borrow
Great place for a bike rental. Second time here and had a great experience each time. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The prices are fair. Will be back for sure!
We have rented bikes from Island Cruisers every summer for many years. They have been great! I will be renting from them again next week!

Very disappointing. We asked about where we could ride bikes and the staff did not know. We encountered the most beautiful parts of island were not bike accessible. We had a flat tire and the place did not make any concessions for the flat. If you want to enjoy yourself do not rent bikes from this place.
