This was a 5 star location and now I would say try another place . Different from years in the past . It’s definitely not a friendly welcoming environment like the last 10 years were.
Incredible location. So cloy to plenty of entertainment.
I would definitely stay far away from this building and would not recommend living here whatsoever and would be very careful. There were constantly people sneaking into the pool with glass no less, good luck not cutting yourself, and it went on for months and I was an owner of an 04 unit which are the largest 15 stories high but I could still constantly hear noise from the beach and the road side.
