This is a great CPAP clinic!! I called yesterday for help with my CPAP as my clinic did nit answer the phone. The lovely lady who answered the phone at this clinic, talked me through some troubleshooting tips to fix my issues. I will be able to sleep tonight and know what to do if it happens again. She even called me back the next morning to ensure all was still as it should be. I will be moving my care to them next week!
I was not going to post a review as I absolutely hate public forums and the lack of personal privacy security in doing so. I am ONLY doing this -carefully- to show my support to this clinic and their amazing staff. I am one of those patients who was not thrilled about needing CPAP therapy. I am from out of province and ran into trouble with my CPAP while visiting the Comox Valley. I found this clinic and another one online. The first one was not open and found that out only after a struggle trying to find a parking spot. I then tried Island CPAP. It was so busy in the clinic with people coming and going in the reception area that I thought I was going to be out of luck. More nights of bad sleep for me in the forecast. I needed warranty work done on my CPAP that I can't live without and I live on Quadra Island. I couldn't get to the Campbell River or the Courtenay location to pick up a loaner for the weekend and drop off my CPAP that needed to be serviced. The ladies in the clinic were complete angels, working hard to find the best possible solution to help me.
