I’m from out of town and they were very helpful and a great price for a mask
I have been a patient of Island Cpap for almost 10 years. The clinical team and front desk go above and beyond everytime it is time to replace my cpap and supplies or to adjust my therapy. It is rare to get such personalized service like this anymore. Thank you for the great care.
This is a great CPAP clinic!! I called yesterday for help with my CPAP as my clinic did nit answer the phone. The lovely lady who answered the phone at this clinic, talked me through some troubleshooting tips to fix my issues. I will be able to sleep tonight and know what to do if it happens again. She even called me back the next morning to ensure all was still as it should be. I will be moving my care to them next week!
I was not going to post a review as I absolutely hate public forums and the lack of personal privacy security in doing so. I am ONLY doing this -carefully- to show my support to this clinic and their amazing staff. I am one of those patients who was not thrilled about needing CPAP therapy. The team works with me to improve my perception on this and I feel tremendously better on therapy! Thank you to Sara who explains everything and encourages me to keep with it!
