I don’t like how they are treating me. I took off my piercing months ago because I know that what caused the mask to break and I did what they said and it is very fragile mask obviously I toss and turned at night. I wish they could be be better understanding!
I have worked in customer service for 19 years horrible customer service from the receptionist then I have a very low assumption for the rest of the staff that work for the company I am just try to get a new sleep apnea machine and they have had me running around in circles between my health insurance and them
