I don’t like how they are treating me. I took off my piercing months ago because I know that what caused the mask to break and I did what they said and it is very fragile mask obviously I toss and turned at night. I wish they could be be better understanding!
I have worked in customer service for 19 years horrible customer service from the receptionist then I have a very low assumption for the rest of the staff that work for the company I am just try to get a new sleep apnea machine and they have had me running around in circles between my health insurance and them
I called this Island CPAP clinic for help for my Philips recalled device. Even though I did not get my machine at their clinic, the staff had their manager call me and provide me all the information I needed to get my device replaced by Philips. The manager called me and even contacted my previous clinic in Ontario to see if they happened to have my device on their list! Now that is service. I will be going back to them for my CPAP needs going forward! thank you!
Sorry for being so slow to write this review but purchasers need to know this information. I live in Whitehorse and was wintering in Parksville Area. On December 14, 2023 I had to purchase a new nasal mask as mine failed. In Whitehorse (where I live) the mask was $120. I did not order from them due to time issues. I searched around for this mask at stores near Parksville and only found one at Island CPAP. I needed a new mask ASAP. I ended up purchasing an AirFit P10 from Island CPAP.
