Mostly nice people. But had one terrible experience out of dozens. . Had almost no issues, most things have been handled with utmost professionalism. I'm not sure if they had a bad day or were not listening and I get it was late in the day, but you don't tell people to go online to fix a problem when they told you they went online numerous times to fix the problem and withold the form to fix it at the same time. Very strange that they would do that. Hope that they don't do it to others.

Brandy Smith (general services manager) was rude and didn't listen. Tax window was closed. I explained to her that my mailing address online had not been updated for two years despite numerous electronic requests. To frustrate, Brandy says to go online and update it. I muster as much patience as I could as she holds the change of address form in her hands. I'm a 100 percent disabled veteran in my 70s. I paid my taxes on time through the bank bill paying. The check was dated 04-29-2024. They sent the check back to me because the envelope wasn't postmarked. My bank had the payment going to them in time, yet they won't accept payment unless I take the checks with late payment to the post office and have them stamped. They also didn't send proof that the envelope didn't have a postmark.
