This is a five stars business--very professional. Purchase my system in the year 2017; still works. This is 2024. My first call about a problem; they sent part to be replaced overnight by mail; very comfortable doing business with Island Cooling. The fans keep the house cool from morning to night. Rarely use the air conditioner. I paid for my system at MECO many times over. Ivan is a great person to do business with. It's a five-star company. This company continues to support me. Service is five stars.
The fan didn’t turn on after non-use during cooler months. Via phone call, owner diagnosed recommended a timer replacement and that was done. However, still not happy with loud rumbling sound of fan motor on even medium setting so have been avoiding using high setting. Wish something can be done to buffer that sound so highest setting can be utilized on hot days as summer approaches. Followup : the technician arrived to do maintenance/testing of the system. This is the 2nd QuietCool fan Iʻve purchased from Island Cooling. Excellent fan and these guys really know what theyʻre doing. They were very helpful the first time I did business with them and had no hesitation to call them for the 2nd QuietCool fan I wanted to add to my other building.
