Beware terrible customer service
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to anybody. After 9 years, they have only caused aggravation. Initially they couldn’t fix our hvac system. Multiple visits, lots of money just thrown away. Most recently they came and installed a new water heater for $6800 on 3/21. The worker ran off leaving us with no hot water out of our main kitchen sink saying it was “sediment” and it “should” fix itself. Great service and super knowledgeable, John really goes above and beyond to do the right thing by the customer. Very trustworthy and knows his stuff, would highly recommend!!
If I can give zero stars I would. Stay away from this company. The owner John claims he has 40+ years of experience but he has no idea what he’s doing. My air handler fan broke and he installed a new one and wired the new motor incorrectly. The system is constantly running even though it’s not calling for heat. This issue caused us to have no I heat on the second floor during the 18 inch snow storm and below freezing temperatures. I have called and texted John multiple times and he hasn’t responded. DO NOT USE THEM!
