I will never hire these people again! So rude! It's absurd that any business owner would talk to a customer like he did, and DOUBLY ABSURD that a concierge would. Island Concierge puts the "ERGE!" back in "concierge" for me. I was so disappointed with these guys. They've done work for me over the years but recently, not only were just "too busy" but then they were downright RUDE. They they created a major security issue by leaving the door of my vacation home unlocked for weeks, ignoring my requests to go back and lock it. H... read more
Reliable, well done services. I appreciated the problem-solving approach that fixed a troublesome issue with roof and awning fixtures. Billy and team were careful, observant and creative! They certainly went the extra mile.
