I had a multiple split AC system installed at my home by Island Comfort some time ago. Two of the units started malfunctioning so I tried to contact Island Comfort several times but all I could do was leave a message for which I never received a response. I then called another AC company who determined that the outside condenser unit was installed incorrectly by being undersized for the job which lead to premature condenser failure.
