great service
I had a warranty issue with my outdoor unit. Island Comfort worked with the manufacturer to resolve the problem. They came out and resolved the issue. Lisala, my technician, came out and installed the unit. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. Thank you Island Comfort for a job well done. Mahalo and Aloha!
Buyer beware of the business practices of Island Comfort. I purchased an ac unit for approximately $8000 in July 2023. I was told by Rocky and their company reps that their electrician was licensed and insured. The electrician they sent out, Edwin Abalos, installed a 20 gauge electrical wire, for a 22 amp ac unit. This caused my ac unit to have electrical problems, with turning on and off, as well as electrical problems in my house. Rocky and his team installed a split A/C system into our two sided condo. The system had three controllers and one condenser. Island Comfort was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They always showed up on time, performed high quality work, and addressed all our concerns completely with professionalism and island aloha. Kari even coordinated our HOA approval while we were out of the country. I would use them again without any reservation.
