I left a generous 4 star review. I would never recommend Island Comfort. They charge a $99 diagnostic and the AC worked for the next rental guest after they said it didn't work. They said they would call during the diagnostic visit but never did. A salesperson then quoted me $18,000 for a new AC for a 400 square foot condo. I ended up getting a new AC for just over $5,000 elsewhere. But the worst part is that they leave you a voicemail saying you have a PAST DUE with them , yet they never sent an invoice. I Had my central AC system installed on 10/15/25, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I reached out to island comfort on 10/12. Supervisor Donoven came to evaluate my old system on 10/13. He is very knowledgeable. He helped me to decide on the system which will be the best one to meet my needs. He took time to explain the system and answered my questions. Jamie was/is great, he did a clean thorough job, excellent customer service. His supervisor Jeff was an absolute pleasure as well. Awesome service because of these two, I would recommend to anyone.
