Cross Country Mortgage, refused to communicate timely, withheld documents, and threatened to withhold incentives that had initially been agreed upon because my friend sought advice from Island Mortgage. As the selling broker involved in a transaction with JB Broughton, I can honestly say this was one of the most difficult and unprofessional lending experiences I have encountered in my real estate career.
