This was our 2nd time of using this company - JB Braugton was our lender agent , All transactions were highly professional - communication was excellent . He took care of any issues that came up . Ill say it, buying a house is stressful, and I am a licensed realtor. My income is considered "inconsistent" and my husband owns his own company, which also makes things difficult. The last time we bought a house the lending side was a nightmare, we didn't close on time, which lead to us being homeless for a week and a half... with a dog =( so naturally I was stressed, and rather pessimistic about going thru this process again.
