I picked up a new work vehicle today from Andrew in Tully. Andrew’s service was exemplary!!! He thoroughly explained all features of the vehicle and is available for any enquiries we may have moving forward. Excellent service, highly recommend
Thank you to staff at Island Coast Ford Tully, for helping us out at such short notice with our mirror airflow sensor issues causing our air conditioner to run very hot. You are champions ! Especially as the big guys in Cairns Trinity Ford gave us the run around and would not help us at all.
Had delivery of our new Everest Tremor yesterday. Aaron was great from the very first enquiry through to the delivery stage. Andrew was fantastic through the delivery package set up. These guys went out of their way to the point where they arranged for myself to be transported personally from 200 km away to be able to get to the Dealership. Have also been introduced to the service staff who are very happy & make you feel welcome. All round pleasant experience. Justin would be proud of the staff.
Very happy with Andrew's thorough run-through of everything when I picked up our new Ranger last week.
My Wife & I just purchased a 2024 Ford Mustang. Aaron was very helpful in the process of buying it & let us take our time on deciding if this was the vehicle we wanted. Andrew went out of his way on a Saturday afternoon to Delivery the Car to us after working all day & some of Friday night at the Tully Show as well as Saturday morning.
