Started with renting me a filthy apartment. It did not look anything like the show apartment. The AC/Heat was completely broken, stains in carpet, disgusting screen door. AC and screen were fixed. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting due to previous water damage and looks like a 2 yr old fixed it. Moving forward the garbage was everywhere outside and the unprofessional manager claimed it was our responsibility to get this issue fixed. first impression service was horrible So i had made an appointment to see this place with my roommate and I. we go there on time and with no hesitation the girl is like all rooms are gone and basically tells us to leave!!! we were sooo upset and they didnt even offer to show us a model or anything! after we called the head quarters and went back she showed us rooms and stuff but seriously i thought that was just so wrong to turn us away like that when they DID have rooms available!
Hell – looked nice from the outside. but inside sucked. smelled like dog piss. also the pool was gross, never did i see anyone clean it. and to top it off you have to deal with dumb girl in the office.I found a better place for less money. leaving that hell hole was one of the happer days of my life.
