I’ve lived here for two years, and while it started as a good value, the quality has gone downhill while prices have gone up. One of the biggest ongoing issues has been a hole in the hallway wall that’s been “under repair” on and off for a year and a half—every time they work on it, it somehow gets worse. The trash situation is another major problem. There’s only one dumpster for the whole complex, and by the weekend, it’s always overflowing with garbage piled up around it.
