We lived here for under one year, and unfortunately, our experience was nothing like what we expected when we first toured the property. Throughout the year, there were frequent water shutoffs, sometimes with little to no notice. I understand that an email was occasionally sent, but receiving notice five minutes beforehand is hardly enough time to prepare.
