I lived in this place for more than an year. This place has a lot of problems. There is no issue with the technicians. The biggest issue is with the air conditioning system. During these months when we are transitioning into summer where summer is not here yet, the cooling of ac is not turned on. Meaning even if you keep the ac to cool, it only blows fan. We recently moved out of Island Club after living there for 6 years because it went EXTREMELY down hill. When we first moved in, it was clean and upkept and honestly we loved it. As the time went on the water leaks became very normal, they happen ALOT. Water gets turned off frequently with little to no warning. There has been countless of times i needed to shower before work but couldn't because of no water. Our main building hallway smells like mildew from it constantly being wet.
