I used Island Chill for a repair on my ac unit, and JP was my technician. First he showed up and smelled horrible. He actually smelled like he just got done smoking. Then he acted like he was on something, or maybe just tired, I'm not sure, but did not seem to be all there. He begins to work on the ac. We stayed in a rental and Island Chill came to the rescue when the AC went out. Responsive, professional, and fixed the issue in minutes. Would recommend to anyone in Port A.
