I had my oil change on my 99 Cavalier yesterday and they sent me a text with pictures, pricing and details on what needed to be fixed. It was quick and easy as you can accept or decline the repair. It puts you at ease to avoid waiting for an update on the phone. All the staff in the Service Area are friendly and helpful. When I was waiting staff would ask me if I needed a coffee or water.
Bryan was very friendly and helpful! He helped me get the truck I really wanted and ensured I got the best deal. He really made it all come together perfectly!
The service centre personnel are courteous, efficient and provide excellent customer service. They are great at problem solving. Their response when a person shows up without an appointment due to an emergency is to fix the problem promptly and always with a smile. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
The service was great !!! Dean took good care of me and my service was quick only took a couple of hours. My A/C was done and now I can drive in comfort. Thank you Island Chevrolet. 🫠
