Island Catering recently catered my December wedding. While I expected good food, what I got was BEYOND even my wildest dreams! Scott and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that the food was delicious, fresh, and abundant. Almost all of my guests came up to me to rave about the food. Island Catering catered my daughter’s wedding at the Brant Beach Yacht Club just this past weekend. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they were. Their preparation of the venue was excellent! From the setting of the tables to the displays of the food, everything was done to be visually appealing. Both my daughter and I actually gasped when we saw how stunning the wedding cake was. The food was very good, however they were very rude. Never had the bride and groom cut the cake. They cut the entire cake and did not box the top for the newlyweds. It was a buffet style and they never boxed up any of the food, we actually saw the help taking foil rapped containers out with them. If you own a business and you cannot be polite to paying customers and their guests then you need to stay in the kitchen and hire someone who has excellent people skills if you want to stay in business.
