My wife and I were just scammed by this company! We booked a day rental yesterday but changed our plans this morning so we needed to cancel. Island car rental charged us a 50% cancellation fee because we didn’t give them a 24hr cancellation notice on a rental we scheduled 18hr before. I’m not sure how we were supposed give a 24hr notice on a booking that took place 18hrs ago! Buyer beware!!!!!!!!
