We ordered the cracked conch and fries and a whole fried snapper. The conch was cold, hard, and rubbery, the fish was tiny and tasted old, and the fries were drenched in grease.
Not my type of conch fritters. I've had plenty of conch fritters and never seen them made like this. Very dry as if I'm eating hush puppies or Jamaican fritters with a minimum amount of conch and peppers .I even went to ask if this is how they make it and was told yes. This is from someone who eats them on a regular at other restaurants. I was disappointed, I was expecting much more from here.
The conch salad wasn’t good. They use bottled lemon juice 🤮🤮🤮
