Great location!! Easy to manage boat in and out. Perfect Day and nice to deal with!! We had a great day on a Grady White!
Rented a boat for a full day Sept 2023 - paid for 24 foot boat and when we arrived we were told that the 24 foot boat was broken and we'd have to scale back to the smaller boat. Boat was filthy!! Torn cushions, mildew - emailed and asked for a bit of a refund with no response. Worst part was GPS was broken - we were lucky because we had an experienced skipper on board. Too bad as they used to have great and well maintained boats.
We have used Island Boat Rental for years... at least 2x each summer. Last summer (2022), there was a bait & switch to the worst boat in the fleet (no price break). Yet we gave them another shot this year. Called yesterday. Reserved 18 ft for 9am-1pm today, gave my name and email. Acknolwedged I am in the system, a regular customer. Never received email confirmation (not unusual). Showed up at 8:20am only to find that they sent the boat we reserved out already - gave it to another group.
