Our birth story was only possible because of Sarah. The tools and breathing enabled my husband and I to be calm & positive and our daughter came into the world in the same way. Throughout labour we kept replaying Sarah’s words over and over and we felt her calming and supportive presence. Sarah will always hold a special place in our daughter’s life & we couldn’t have done it without her.
