Outstanding service! We bought a bike through an online dealer that ships directly to them. They called to confirm the shipment and made sure we knew exactly when it was arriving. Everything was ready much faster than we expected. When we came to pick it up, the service technicians were fantastic—patiently answering all of my son’s questions and never rushing us. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Awesome guys and shop. I brought my bike down from the Northeast for a week vacation and lost my thru axle along the way. Even though the specific size wasn't in stock, the guys fitted my bike out with what they had. When that was 5mm too short, they gave me some recommendations of other shops to check stock on. When those didn't pan out and I finally ordered a part overnight online I stopped back in to buy some grease and they gave me what I needed free of charge! Highly recommend.
We went to Island Bicycles to look at Beach Cruisers. The sales team helped us find the bikes that best fit our needs and then helped us customize the bikes. We bought 2 bikes originally and liked them so much that we went back and bought 2 more for when we have guests visit.
