Edit 4/2024: Back a couple of years later (still from New Jersey) and I am still extremely confident in IBH! They really take the time with you, and keep up to date with new technology, new methodologies, continuing education credits, and navigation of the insurance landscape! Island Better Hearing. Is bar none a 10. Dr Lori and her staff are amazing her doctors on staff are helpful and caring. Dr Lori herself is totally wonderful she cares listens and so supportive of your needs. Dr. Loris front end staff are all so pleasant. Especially Victoria she goes out of her way to to be so helpful and supportive. Island Better hearing is the best place to go for all your hearing needs.
I met with Dr Jillian Kornfeld and received the most thorough examination I have ever received! She thoroughly explained each test and when the testing was completed Thoroughly explained the results She explained and patiently how showed me how to clear the wax out of my ears. She cleaned my aids and patiently explained how to use the Phonak app on my phone. I left her office feeling better than satisfied! Jillian you are the absolute beat!!🤗🤗
Dr. Jill and Dr. Lori are fantastic. Highly professional and caring individuals. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for all you do for us.
