Had a fantastic experience from Brian while purchasing our new Beachcomber hot tub. He had a wealth of knowledge on the tubs and tub products needed to maintain the water's balance. Our delivery and set up of our tub by Brian and the team was very professional. Our previous Beachcomber hot tub lasted close to 30 years.

Had a wonderful experience with Island Beachcomber Hot Tubs. Both Brian and Craig were incredibly helpful. Brian, the owner, did two site visits to make sure everything went smoothly plus delivered the tub too! We went in the store multiple times and each time we were greeted so kindly and were given all the answers to our questions. The tub looks beautiful and everything is as promised. Thx so much!

This is one of the easiest reviews I have wrote. When it was time to purchase our hot tub my wife and I were doing some research and walked into this store. We were greeted by the friendliest of gentlemen, Craig. He was very knowledgeable and funny and went over every tub they had in their fantastic showroom.
