I bought a hot tub from Island Beachcomber in Feb,2026. Brian did a great job completing a difficult install in my back yard . He also recently went above and beyond by stopping by my house in Nanoose Bay ,picking up a water sample and providing me with the results by email. Thanks Brian.
Had a fantastic experience from Brian while purchasing our new Beachcomber hot tub. He had a wealth of knowledge on the tubs and tub products needed to maintain the water's balance. Our delivery and set up of our tub by Brian and the team was very professional. Our previous Beachcomber hot tub lasted close to 30 years.

Had a wonderful experience with Island Beachcomber Hot Tubs. Both Brian and Craig were incredibly helpful. Brian, the owner, did two site visits to make sure everything went smoothly plus delivered the tub too! We went in the store multiple times and each time we were greeted so kindly and were given all the answers to our questions. The tub looks beautiful and everything is as promised. Thx so much!
