Recently had a new bathroom installed by Island Bathrooms at Bournemouth and the install team “Design me a Bathroom.Com”. The task was really quite involved - a very old house, uneven floors and walls. Great communication, regular updates. I was very impressed by Simon Whitelock @ Island Bathrooms. What a pleasure it is to purchase from people who know all there is to know about their products including how they are assembled and fixed! We have never been disappointed with Island and their prices compare favourably with the DIY superstores even though their products are far superior. Always worth a first try at Island especially when they have a sale on!

It was a pleasure to deal with Tonia at Island Bathrooms. From a brief pre-visit phone call she had produced several ideas on our arrival, about meeting most of our stringent requirements for our bathroom upgrade. Tonia was happy to answer all our questions even phoning some companies and reps for specific advice. We had the pleasure of welcoming Matt Bryer to our home today to repair a faulty shower mixer (we were only getting tepid water). Matt was excellent at diagnosing the issue — he clearly explained the possible causes and walked us through the different solutions. Fortunately, it turned out to be a manufacturer fault, and he had the spare part with him, ready to install.
