Matt came to fit a new shower door for us today and we would highly recommend his work. Matt is very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he would be doing and left the bathroom very clean and tidy afterwards. The new shower door looks great, we are very happy. We also asked Matt about a couple of other small plumbing issues in our other bathroom and he provided excellent help and advice for that too. Thanks Matt for your work.
Really impressed by Island Bathrooms. We had a couple of issues but they put them right in a way that many companies would not. They came out same day and replaced a toilet pan that had a manufacturing default. They had not fitted it initially but knew it would cost us to get someone to come and replace it. Today we had an engineer visit our property We were very happy with the customer service. Engineer was tidy, on time and friendly. They explained everything well to us taking time to make sure we understood. They fixed our issue and we were very happy and would recommend
Recently had a new bathroom installed by Island Bathrooms at Bournemouth and the install team “Design me a Bathroom.Com”. The task was really quite involved - a very old house, uneven floors and walls. Great communication, regular updates. I was very impressed by Simon Whitelock @ Island Bathrooms. What a pleasure it is to purchase from people who know all there is to know about their products including how they are assembled and fixed! We have never been disappointed with Island and their prices compare favourably with the DIY superstores even though their products are far superior. Always worth a first try at Island especially when they have a sale on!
