Great customer service from Blue helping me out this afternoon.
Amending my previous terrible review. Yes, they sent one of my packages to the wrong island, I did a 600mile round trip to try and collect, but was unable. Not IB’s fault, Grenada’s poet was busy. Eventually IB repurchased the items “lost” and had them delivered to Antigua where they were originally scheduled to go. So much Kudos for them doing that. I am grateful. But I do think communication could be so much better .
