Research other freight forwarders before resorting to this "distribution center of dissoray"! Terrible warehouse check in times and zero urgency. Worse customer service - if you actually get them to pick up the phone or answer an email. VERY DISORGANIZED - the same 5 packages were checked in over multiple days after being delivered at the same time and were entered in as 3 different vendors and product descriptions... which will make things much more difficult for the duty calculations on the back end.
