I have been using IA for over 15 years on four different vehicles. Among many maintenance and repair services I have purchased 2 batteries from them, at no installation cost. . On the third one, they charged me over $100, above the battery price for an installation that took less than 5 minutes. When I questioned they first tried to justify the installation upcharge and then lowered it to $45. I made my feelings known to the owner without resolution. Surprisingly, the initial quote for a repair for my corvette was revised on the day of my car pickup. They did the complex repair expertly and revised the repair bill down dramatically, saying the repair took less time than expected. WOW! I definitely recommend this place!

Seriously the best mechanics I’ve ever seen! If there was a Michelin Star for mechanics they would have one! Got my 1992 dodge ram van RV back in working condition and got me in last minute before Christmas.
