My wife brought in her 2011 Prius for brake/dash lights issue. Alan instead of doing blanket unneeded repairs, started with cost effective trouble shooting items first. Saved a lot of $$$. Mahalo!

They may have good workmanship, but they did not return two recorded messages left when they didn't answer their phone. So, they are not responsive is the takeaway. Even after visiting their shop in person to ask about the two messages left about scheduling a repair, the gentleman at the shop said he doesn't check the machine for messages. They still did not call back after a visit to schedule. Difficult to rely on.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER GONE TOO, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. I will be contacting the BBB and reporting them. They performed a fake service and stole my money and messed up my car now I have to pay thousands to get it fixed
