We have been customers of Island Auto Storage for over 4 years. Owners Brian and Patty have provided superior customer service the entire time. We could count on them to take care of whatever things needed done to our car like license renewal, inspections, maintenance, etc. You won't go wrong putting your trust in them to take good care of your car for a month or a year until you next need it.
Island Auto Storage is a five-star business with fantastic customer service and they have a very efficient knowledgeable and courteous staff. Jordan is the best! He went above and beyond to make sure that my car was running smoothly. It’s so nice to have a mechanic you can trust, especially on the island having a luxury vehicle. Brian and Patty Shelton offer great rates for vehicle storage, and an onsite mechanic for any vehicle needs. Great place!
Patty and Brian, and their family-cats included- have probably been the biggest source of comfort after the fire. Having them handle and help me with my car has just been great. And they have always helped me when I have been most uncertain. Thank you, Patty and Brian and Kitties.
I would not recommend this business. We were paying for covered storage here for over a year. We were visiting and scheduled the vehicle to be dropped off at the airport. When we arrived there was no vehicle. After calling they said the vehicle wouldn’t start and that was the reason for dropping it off at the airport. When I asked more about it not starting, they said they had tried to move it several weeks prior and it wouldn’t start, and believed it had an electrical issue.
