Went through the drive through wash 16 bucks to get my truck wet. Hood looked shiny was in a hurry so drove off rest of truck was NOT CLEAN at all could have done a better job just with a hose at home!!
My son had saved his money up to buy his first car.He was excited to have it looking good so on April 30 I suggested the Ultimate Spa automatic wash.After going through the wash we noticed after we were done that there was some damage from the automatic car wash on the left rear rubber window trim.I notified the attendant and she was very apologetic that this had happened.She took video documentation of the damage and assured us that the owner would be in contact with me and make it right.After not hearing from the owner abo... read more

This place is great. You can use your credit card so you dont have to worry about always having change on you
I did not feel that the service was acceptable. After waiting 15+ minutes to go into the car wash the attendant started rushing me because a customer behind was getting upset. While I had waited patiently, the man behind me honked, crept closer to my vehicle past the line, and threw his hands in the air and I threw my hands in the air up at him and the attendant proceeded to get upset with me and saying not to be “pissy” meanwhile I was just trying to finish the car wash and the person behind me was antagonizing me, she said... read more
