Fred is a very nice and knowledgeable person, he got me exactly what I was looking for, besides of his professional recommendations, please, consider visit his store when looking for your car parts!
I left very satisfied with the service Eric rendered on my vehicle on Monday, February 24th. Fred took my call and instructed me to call an alternate number And speak with Eric. I did, then passed by to physically show him what was wrong. To my surprise, Eric went to work and fixed the loose wires within a half hour. I was expecting a diagnosis and appointment set up. Eric and the other young man at the shop show me efficiency and customer service is not dead. This shop deserves your business. Thank you Island Auto Electric!
