Jasmine was very helpful on the phone explaining pricing and scheduling my appt. Took my 2006 Chrysler in for the ultimate treatment. Best decision I ever made! Dennis was very pleasant and looked over my concerns, was clear on what they do and don't do and my car was done in a reasonable amount of time. Island Auto Detail surpassed all of my expectations with the Superior Exterior detail. Dennis revived my 2020 Traverse by correcting all of the chips, knicks, and superficial scratches. It looks brand new again! He took his time and paid close attention to cover every last mark he could find. Making the appointment was quick and easy. This place is amazing! I have 2 toddlers, so my car was looking ROUGH. They made it look better than the day I bought it, in just one day. They're so reasonably priced, and their customer service is top notch. HIGHLY recommend them.
Did a great job on the ceramic coating on my motorcycle.
Brought 4 aluminum wheels to be cleaned and polished. Seemed like a simple task. He cleaned 3 but didn’t polish. The 4th he sand blasted (which he denied) and I have been sanding for 3 weeks to try to polish all the sand blasting pits out. Dude even offered to keep the wheel and charge for 3. That would have done me no good. He’s a clown and I would love for him to respond. Stay away from overcharging clowns.
