I do not recommend using Robert Monahan as your agent, he acquired my certified funds and still no keys to my lease space nor did he specify certain requirements just pushed for funds. Didn’t review none of my paperwork, or major requirements, nothing. He just made sure the funds were available and we are still without keys to the space. His numbers were all wrong, as I corrected the man plus a bogus single printed out printer sheet for a legal document should of thru a red flag 🚩 up. Poor management and staff. Facilities in poor condition. No care for customers and safety. The owner roger doesnt care about what happens to his property. Chooses employees unwisely.
Outstanding office and staff, highly qualified and professionals. I have used them for locating tenants and filling my commercial properties. Roger and his team have continued to fulfill their obligations in what they commit to doing.
