I can’t say enough how thankful and pleased I was with Island Air. We lost the AC during a heat wave, and my husband has many health issues. The supervisor Bob Made Availability and made sure someone came to fix it the same day, & the technician Izzy was super helpful, professional, and so nice. I highly recommend them from now on they are the only AC comp we will use

I can not say enough good things. Knowledgeable and honest guys running it and servicing house calls. My HVAC system stopped working and they came as soon as they were able to, made a minor repair and added freon and we all thought it would be good to go! A week later it stopped again. Another tech was sent free of service charge because, and I quote, they "stand by" their "work." They meant it. Carefull, as when they say u pay premium first time for original parts they do not- we had a very bad experience where they changed the fan motor to "oem" in sep to then changing the same fan 9 months later wtih non "oem", now it broke again 3rd time then saying its a problem with the street or the machine itself and coming back again (3rd breakdown) and mechanic admitted they should had used original "oem" not aftermarket parts and wanted to re charge us the same amount from the first time.
