I had, over a period of two weeks, Sent two emails and made five phone calls and got no response. Nobody has time for this kind of unprofessional behavior. If they can’t even call back a potential new customer how would it be if you needed service on your system that they installed. I wasn’t ever able to even get a live person in all five phone calls
Excellent company with quick service and great people 👍. They have been servicing our elevator at the First Baptist Church of Islamorada for decade.
