Katie is wonderful. I had not had a professional haircut in 9 years and had been doing my best cutting it myself. As a curly girl, I’ve had some haircut nightmares, so I came in pretty nervous. Katie was kind, understanding, patient, and confident. She is very knowledgeable, skilled, and talented. She asked great questions, really listened, and even cut my hair in steps to help me feel more comfortable throughout the process. I flew in for vacation from Alaska and googled “curly hair cuts on Maui” and took a chance on Katie. She was fantastic!!! She truly understood curly hair and was worth every penny. I cried. So nice to not live with my hair in a bun 24/7.
