Great community! The maintenance team is always quick to take care of any issues that come up and truly are the best, my dogs absolutely love them too. Kassandra is incredibly helpful and welcoming, which makes living here even better. I’ve been at Isla for almost 5 years now and couldn’t be happier.

My husband went there a while back to pick up some furniture and to remove some construction debris from nearby dumpsters. We also painted some baseboards for a resident that also needed electrical repair repairs last minute due to some flooding in the apartment. The property maintenance people were nice and very helpful. The apartment, even though it had some water damage was clean and very nice. I just want to take a moment to share how wonderful Kassandra has been. She has been incredibly helpful, empathetic, and patient throughout the entire process. She truly took the time to make everything easier for my elderly parents and treated them with so much kindness and respect. She went above and beyond by helping them set up their renters insurance and even assisting with their FPL account, making sure everything was taken care of properly. Seems very peaceful and quite very nice neighborhood. But, is not luxury apartments like you would think. Many awesome breed of dogs are here too. Nice neighborhood to go jogging.
