I have a 9, 5, and a 6 month old. There are several apartments located in this city. If you have children under the age of 10 do yourself a favor and DO NOT LEASE WITH ISLA. I received a letter saying if my kids make any more noise (we don’t own a drum set, they’re just regular children) they are kicking us out. I’ve been timely with rent payments and am just trying to raise a family. Now I’m stuck here in fear yelling at my kids for being kids so we don’t get booted before I make other arrangements.
