Heard great things about this place for pigmentation treatment but didn’t have the best experience. Felt like there was lots of confusion - often was told to book for a certain follow up treatment and then would receive another on the day, was also quoted a price on the day and then told when paying at the register that it was actually more. Requested to see my before and after photos to see my progress and was told there was no need. Also the upsell was quite intense.
Absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend Kathryn & Priscilla enough, they are simply the best! Professional, knowledgeable, and always so welcoming. Every visit is such a positive experience, and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Thank you both for always taking such great care of me! xx
I’ve been here many years - the team are very professional and friendly. They never over sell things you don’t need. My skin looks even younger than years ago. Now I’m taking my teenage here and been well looked after too.
I would think twice before seeing Kathryn Khoo if i were anyone else. I never wanted to write a review but it’s been on my mind for years and i honestly feel like the only way im finally going to feel better about my situation. I have been a customer of iSkin clinic and seeing Priscilla for many years. I had PicoSure laser treatment for pigmentation performed by Priscilla and I was just so happy with the amazing and long lasting result. What I like about the clinic is that they are extremely knowledgeable, honest and transparent when it comes to treatment and product consultation. I am very thankful that my skin is well looked after by Priscilla and her wonderful team.
