Was trying to become a new patient. But I guess he has all the patients he needs they just hang up on you and put you in a voicemail. Very unprofessional for my first impression.
I can not say enough of what Doctor Iskander had done for me. I had gone to see another Rheumatologist, I felt like I was in a cattle mill, no medication helped my inflammation I was experiencing they all made me sick or have dizziness. I had gone to get blood work done and a lady working there told me about Doctor Iskander, this was when he had two practices, one in Liberty and the other in Sharon Pa., now with Southwoods. Tried for 3 years to get appt. Accused by office of cancelling 2 appts that office actually cancelled, and now denies. I had to cancel upcoming appt due to injuries from severe fall, and they refused to let me reschedule.
It took the office 7 months to straighten out my original paperwork for my arthritis prescription shots in 20. I schedule appointment for another visit I show up for it at time they told me 11:00am and they tell me it was for 10:00am and then won’t get me in to see him for 3 months. And no new prescription written. I have been out of meds for weeks now and in severe arthritic pain!!!! Getting through to this office is a nightmare! No one answers the phone, and when you go to schedule an appointment by pressing one, it just ends the call.
