If you are looking for a property management agency that helps you maximise your investment rather than just simply collecting rent ...then look somewhere else
Iskandar Real Estate has been the best agents we have dealt with across our rental journey. From the lead up to tenancy, during and after our tenancy the entire team was kind, professional and prompt. They are quick to rectify issues and fix things without us having to think about it! It has been lovely to deal with Iskandar and recommend them highly.
I have been renting through Iskandar for close to a year now & haven't bumped into any issues thus far. All my requests are dealt with fast, the team is quick to answer the phone and always have an answer for my questions. No complaints!
My partner and I have rented under Iskandar for the last six years, and they have been a pleasure to deal with. All communication has been professional and prompt, and any request or concern we have raised was solved within a few days of doing so. I would certainly recommend their services!
What a shame that I can only give 5 stars instead of 10! My experience with Kosta was exceptional. He went above and beyond to get my husband and I into our new home ASAP. Kosta is approachable, efficient and very knowledgable. He was patient with me as I bombarded him with a million questions. Thank you Kosta, we really appreciate all of your hard work. You’re a bloody legend!
